Case Studies
What has Web Creativo delivered? A selection of real projects, shown as situation, decision, implementation and result. White-label projects stay anonymous; directly served clients are named where permitted.
Together they cover the customer lifecycle without blurring the brands.
Four cases shown as situation → decision → implementation → result
1. Outlet multisite (anonymous)
- Situation
- an outlet operator with a growing number of locations, where each new outlet site had been set up and maintained separately.
- Decision
- one shared TYPO3 multisite instead of many separate installations.
- Implementation
- a central base with clearly separated brand and country areas, built for fast on- and offboarding of individual outlet sites.
- Result
- grew from 7 to 19 outlets across 9 countries, new locations live quickly, markedly lower maintenance and rollout effort with a consistent presence.
2. Citavi-to-TYPO3 interface (anonymous, research/university context)
- Situation
- publication and literature data from the Citavi software needed to appear on TYPO3 sites without double entry.
- Decision
- a dedicated interface instead of manual transfer.
- Implementation
- a TYPO3 extension built from scratch connecting Citavi and TYPO3, maintained across many major versions (from TYPO3 v6 to the current v14).
- Result
- in use at 5 universities, data transferred automatically, upgrade-proof over years.
3. Real-estate portal Spain (anonymous)
- Situation
- a brokerage with an international, multilingual audience that standard portal software could not serve.
- Decision
- a custom solution on TYPO3 with property management directly in the backend.
- Implementation
- custom search and filters, four languages (ES/DE/EN/RU), a built-in CRM and a subscription/alert service for new listings by saved search.
- Result
- listings and prospects managed centrally from one system instead of several disconnected tools.
4. ASPECTA (named)
- Situation
- an insurer needing bespoke digital tools beyond the website.
- Decision
- custom in-house builds instead of off-the-shelf products.
- Implementation
- concept and build of a custom CMS, a trade-fair shop (internal teams and external sales reps reserve fair materials), a sales portal with incentive shop, and the corporate website.
- Result
- tailored portals and shop logic for internal and sales processes. (delivered for ASPECTA)
questions
Frequently asked
Why are some clients anonymous?
White-label projects are delivered for agencies or under confidentiality and therefore stay anonymous. Directly served clients are named where permitted.
Do you work in my industry?
Projects span insurance, research, retail and real estate. What matters is the technical task, not the industry.
